2017 Equipment Handout Information

EARLY EQUIPMENT HANDOUT

Saturday June 17, 9-11 A.M.

If your player has registered for the 2017 fall season he's eligible to receive his equipment.  If you have not registered yet, you may register up to Friday night, June 16, and receive equipment on Saturday.

Next handout date:  July 15

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

You must sign the following equipment agreement and have a $150.00 deposit check in order to receive your equipment.

LYF Equipment Agreement

Your player will not be issued equipment for the following reasons:

  • Your account is not paid in full.  (NO EXCEPTIONS)

  • Your player is not present to fit equipment. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

  • No deposit check.  (NO EXCEPTIONS)
